Por ser la primera, fue una sesi\u00f3n suavecita con la intenci\u00f3n de ir aumentando la intensidad progresivamente en cada una de las sesiones que se realicen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Con el fin de aprovechar estas quedadas de running conjuntas para practicar aquellos ejercicios que nos cuesta m\u00e1s practicar de manera individual, realizamos algunos ejercicios de t\u00e9cnica de carrera.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 con un <strong>calentamiento de 2-3 km a base de un rodaje suave<\/strong> en el que cada uno fue a su ritmo. Tras esto, vinieron los <strong>ejercicios de t\u00e9cnica de carrera<\/strong>. La finalidad de estos ejercicios es llegar a ser m\u00e1s efectivo a la hora de correr. Para ello se trabaja la postura y la utilizaci\u00f3n del tronco superior para desplazarse con m\u00e1s fuerza.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/preparacion-fisica-quedada-running_2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-127\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/preparacion-fisica-quedada-running_2-750x300.jpg\" alt=\"preparacion fisica quedada running\" width=\"750\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/preparacion-fisica-quedada-running_2-750x300.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/preparacion-fisica-quedada-running_2-300x120.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/preparacion-fisica-quedada-running_2.jpg 1475w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Continuamos rodando por el paseo mar\u00edtimo entre 4 y 8 km<\/strong>.
