{"id":140,"date":"2014-12-21T19:44:05","date_gmt":"2014-12-21T17:44:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/?p=140"},"modified":"2014-12-21T19:44:36","modified_gmt":"2014-12-21T17:44:36","slug":"en-esto-consisten-los-eventos-mensuales-de-bikilo-running","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/en-esto-consisten-los-eventos-mensuales-de-bikilo-running\/","title":{"rendered":"En esto consisten los eventos mensuales de Bikilo running"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Porque \u201ccorrer no es solo correr\u201d<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de ejercicios de preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y otros tipos de ejercicios, <strong>los corredores de Bikilo running tambi\u00e9n organizamos d\u00edas m\u00e1s sociales donde\u00a0correr lo acompa\u00f1amos de otras actividades.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Una vez al mes, m\u00e1s o menos, quedamos alg\u00fan d\u00eda del fin de semana para adem\u00e1s de entrenar acompa\u00f1ados pasar un rato divertido juntos<\/strong>. En estos eventos aprovechamos para hacer un entreno de tirada larga en grupo y despu\u00e9s reponer energ\u00edas con una buena comida y unas cuantas risas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Intentamos cambiar de escenario y quedar en distintos puntos de la isla. Una de las tiradas que hicimos fue siguiendo el camino de Son Mesquida, en Felanitx. All\u00ed unos hicieron 15 km y otros 25 km, cada uno se ajust\u00f3 a la distancia que marcaba su plan personalizado de entrenamiento en base al objetivo que se hab\u00eda marcado.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/140907-tirada-felanitx.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-142\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/140907-tirada-felanitx-424x600.jpg\" alt=\"tirada felanitx\" width=\"424\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/140907-tirada-felanitx-424x600.jpg 424w, https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/140907-tirada-felanitx-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/140907-tirada-felanitx.jpg 1240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 424px) 100vw, 424px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Otra de estas tiradas la hicimos siguiendo la carretera que sale del Cap de Ses Salines, en este caso distancias entre 15 y 20 km. Como era verano, despu\u00e9s nos vimos recompensados con un ba\u00f1o refrescante en aguas cristalinas y comida acompa\u00f1ada de cerveza fresquita.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/140818-tirada-larga-ses-salines.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-143\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/140818-tirada-larga-ses-salines-648x600.jpg\" alt=\"tirada larga ses salines\" width=\"648\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/140818-tirada-larga-ses-salines-648x600.jpg 648w, https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/140818-tirada-larga-ses-salines-300x277.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/140818-tirada-larga-ses-salines.jpg 856w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 648px) 100vw, 648px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo el trazado del recorrido del tren de Llevant, que se prepar\u00f3 para construir las v\u00edas del tren pero nunca llegaron a realizarse, realizamos m\u00e1s de 20 km por un camino bastante regular.
