As\u00ed que, hemos retomado las quedadas de running abiertas organizadas por <a title=\"Toni Pe\u00f1a\" href=\"bikilo-running.es\/toni-penya.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Toni Pe\u00f1a<\/span><\/a>. <a title=\"Meeting Run Mallorca\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/quedadas-running-meeting-run-mallorca\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Meeting Run Mallorca<\/span><\/a> arranc\u00f3 a mediados de diciembre con el fin de facilitar la pr\u00e1ctica del running en compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estas quedadas de running guiadas han mantenido hasta ahora una misma estructura: calentamiento, ejercicios de t\u00e9cnica de carrera y rodaje progresivo<\/strong>. <strong>La diferencia es que cada sesi\u00f3n introduce nuevos ejercicios de t\u00e9cnica de carrera que van incrementando la intensidad del trabajo<\/strong>. En las <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/primera-quedada-running-de-meeting-run-mallorca\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">primeras sesiones<\/span><\/a> no realiz\u00e1bamos ejercicios de saltos y <strong>ahora ya vamos introduciendo progresivamente algunos saltos con rebote dentro del calentamiento para\u00a0 ir acostumbrando al cuerpo a los continuos impactos de la propia carrera<\/strong> y con el fin de ser\u00a0 m\u00e1s reactivo y efectivo en nuestra carrera.\u00a0 Es importante el trabajo de cu\u00e1driceps, gemelos, isquios, peroneos, tibiales\u2026<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aunque todo el trabajo de t\u00e9cnica de carrera nos sirve para llegar a ser m\u00e1s efectivos a la hora de correr, con los saltos aplicados en su correcta medida, el cuerpo adquiere la fuerza necesaria\u00a0 para soportar los impactos producidos durante la carrera.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20150108_194250_BAJA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-182 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20150108_194250_BAJA-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"saltos meeting run mallorca\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20150108_194250_BAJA-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20150108_194250_BAJA-750x451.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20150108_194250_BAJA.jpg 1178w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Poco a poco iremos introduciendo novedades con la idea de poder complementar tus\u00a0entrenamientos con trabajos y ejercicios que cuando uno entrena solo acaba por no realizar. Por eso <strong>en pr\u00f3ximas quedadas de running iremos introduciendo ejercicios de fuerza que podremos realizar en arena o cuestas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si todav\u00eda no has compartido con nosotros ninguna quedada de running, puedes unirte cuando quieras. No importa que te hayas perdido algunas sesiones, podr\u00e1s adaptar los ejercicios a tu nivel ajustando la intensidad de los mismos.
