El circuito Oreg\u00f3n combina ejercicios sin desplazamiento y carrera. <strong>El objetivo de este circuito es aumentar la potencia, mejorar la fuerza muscular e incrementar la velocidad de resistencia<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nosotros realizamos dos veces el circuito por sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento. <strong>Dentro de cada circuito realizamos 40\u2019\u2019 de ejercicio sin desplazamiento y un minuto de recuperaci\u00f3n que comprend\u00eda un progresivo de unos 60 metros y vuelta al sitio trotando<\/strong>. En cada circuito ejecutamos 7-8 ejercicios entre los que hicimos skipping hacia delante y hacia atr\u00e1s, flexiones de tr\u00edceps y b\u00edceps, gemelos, sentadillas\u2026 <strong>Y despu\u00e9s de los circuitos, 1000 metros corriendo a ritmo progresivo<\/strong>, arrastrando la fatiga que ya llevas de los circuitos <strong>con el fin de realizar una trasferencia de la fuerza hacia la \u00abvelocidad\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La ventaja de este circuito es que no necesita ninguna instalaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica. Los ejercicios que se realizan s\u00f3lo utilizan la carga de tu propio peso corporal y se pueden realizar sin ninguna m\u00e1quina o instrumento especializado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Es bueno realizar este circuito sobre todo a principio de temporada<\/strong>, durante los dos primeros meses, ya que ayuda a recuperar r\u00e1pidamente la forma. Luego <strong>se puede ir repitiendo un entrenamiento de circuitos cada tres o cuatro semanas<\/strong>, mientras no se est\u00e1 realizando un ciclo de entrenamiento espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>Repetiremos este circuito y otros ejercicios para trabajar la fuerza en m\u00e1s ocasiones as\u00ed que, cuando quieras, puedes venir con nosotros. <a title=\"Meeting Run\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/quedadas-running-meeting-run-mallorca\/\">Meeting Run<\/a> son quedadas abiertas, guiadas y gratuitas que realizamos cada martes y jueves en Palma.
