Ojal\u00e1 todo fuera tan f\u00e1cil como elegir las del color o est\u00e9tica que te gusta\u2026 Pero no, son muchos los factores que influyen a la hora de encontrar las zapatillas que se adapten a ti. Y tambi\u00e9n son muchas las zapatillas que ofrece el mercado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La elecci\u00f3n de unas zapatillas de running adecuadas es fundamental para poder prevenir lesiones y que el running se convierta en un disfrute y no en una pesadilla<\/strong>. En <a title=\"Bikila Mallorca\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Bikila-Mallorca\/373852842745786?sk=timeline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bikila Mallorca<\/a> llevamos ahora tres a\u00f1os (s\u00ed, \u00a1estamos de aniversario!) esforz\u00e1ndonos en aconsejar lo mejor posible a nuestros clientes en base a nuestra propia experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tenemos en cuenta a la hora de recomendarte unas zapatillas de running adecuadas para ti?<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tipo de pisada<\/strong>: no es lo mismo tener una pisada neutra, ser supinador (pisas m\u00e1s con el exterior) o pronador (pisas m\u00e1s con el interior). Aunque tampoco todo es matem\u00e1tico y tener un poco de pronaci\u00f3n no tiene porqu\u00e9\u00a0 implicar necesitar unas zapatillas pronadoras.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Distancia que recorres semanalmente<\/strong>: no es lo mismo el desgaste que sufren unas zapatillas por salir a entrenar un par de d\u00edas por semana y hacer 20 km que entrenar 50-60 km por semana.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Superficie por la que corres<\/strong>: asfalto, monta\u00f1a, pista; distintas necesidades en cuanto a agarre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ritmo al que corres<\/strong>: aqu\u00ed entrar\u00e1 en juego el drop. Una zapatilla \u201cvoladora\u201d o de competici\u00f3n va m\u00e1s a ras de suelo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Peso<\/strong>:\u00a0 importante para la amortiguaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con todo esto conseguimos hacernos una idea de la amortiguaci\u00f3n que necesitas (ten en cuenta que cada impacto de los que realizas corriendo equivale a la fuerza de tres veces el peso de tu cuerpo), si necesitas zapatillas de horma ancha o normal, de entrenamiento o de competici\u00f3n, con m\u00e1s o menos drop (diferencia de grosor entre el tal\u00f3n y la punta en la suela de una zapatilla), suela blanda o m\u00e1s dura o m\u00e1s reactiva\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pero no acabamos aqu\u00ed.<strong> Es fundamental elegir bien tu talla<\/strong>. <strong>En este caso es determinante el coeficiente de puntera<\/strong>, es decir, la distancia entre el dedo m\u00e1s largo del pie y la punta de la zapatilla de running. Debe haber como m\u00ednimo medio cent\u00edmetro de diferencia. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque tambi\u00e9n ir\u00e1s cuesta abajo alguna vez y no querr\u00e1s que tus u\u00f1as acaben negras, \u00bfno?<\/p>\n<p>No dejes al azar la elecci\u00f3n de un calzado, es mucho el riesgo al que te expones. Una lesi\u00f3n no nos aniquila pero s\u00ed que puede tumbar muchos sue\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<div class=\"citas\">\n   <b>No solo de zapatillas vive el que quiere correr una marat\u00f3n.
