Sin embargo, pi\u00e9nsalo, cuando empezaste a correr, \u00bflo hiciste solo pensando en competir? \u00bfFue eso lo que te enganch\u00f3 y te ha mantenido unido a este deporte?<\/h4>\n<p>A veces la costumbre y la inercia hace que perdamos un poco de vista la esencia de las cosas. Cuando estamos ya embebidos en ciertos comportamiento o h\u00e1bitos casi actuamos m\u00e1s por automatismos que por voluntad.<\/p>\n<p>Es cierto que competir es un aliciente que ayuda a mantenerse motivado. Pero seguramente, no fue por eso que empezaste a correr.
