{"id":68,"date":"2014-10-18T22:06:49","date_gmt":"2014-10-18T20:06:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.esy.es\/blog\/?p=68"},"modified":"2014-12-19T00:30:02","modified_gmt":"2014-12-18T22:30:02","slug":"como-debe-ser-el-calentamiento-de-un-corredor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/como-debe-ser-el-calentamiento-de-un-corredor\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo debe ser el calentamiento de un corredor?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/140926-caletamiento.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-69 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/140926-caletamiento-750x323.jpg\" alt=\"Calentamiento running\" width=\"750\" height=\"323\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/140926-caletamiento-750x323.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/140926-caletamiento-300x129.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bikilo-running.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/140926-caletamiento.jpg 766w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/a><br style=\"color: #141823;\" \/><br style=\"color: #141823;\" \/><span style=\"color: #141823;\">El entrenamiento lo deber\u00edamos dividir en tres partes, el calentamiento, la parte principal del entrenamiento y la vuelta a la calma.<\/span><br style=\"color: #141823;\" \/><br style=\"color: #141823;\" \/><span style=\"color: #141823;\">El calentamiento o warm up (como dicen los brit\u00e1nicos) es o consiste\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"text_exposed_show\" style=\"color: #141823;\">en realizar aquellos ejercicios a fin de activar y\/o estimular el cuerpo para poder realizar posteriormente un esfuerzo intenso sin sufrir lesiones y obteniendo el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>El calentamiento deber\u00eda constar de\u00a0dos partes, una m\u00e1s general que casi siempre consiste en un rodaje muy suave y a ritmo progresivo <\/strong>cuya duraci\u00f3n es de 10 \u00f3 15 minutos;<strong> y la siguiente parte, m\u00e1s espec\u00edfica, que variar\u00e1 seg\u00fan el tipo de trabajo <\/strong>(entrenamiento)<strong> que se vaya a realizar<\/strong> . <strong>Esta parte m\u00e1s espec\u00edfica del calentamiento consiste en t\u00e9cnica de carrera<\/strong>, movilidad articular, ejercicios de equilibrio, fuerza (ya sea din\u00e1mica, est\u00e1tica o el\u00e1stica)\u2026<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Habr\u00e1 tantos tipos de calentamiento como tipo de actividad para la que se quiera preparar el cuerpo, es decir, calentamiento para un entreno de ritmos exigentes y sostenidos, series, competici\u00f3n corta y explosiva, competici\u00f3n de larga distancia\u2026 La duraci\u00f3n e intensidad del calentamiento tambi\u00e9n se ver\u00e1 influida por la temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para terminar decir que tambi\u00e9n existe el calentamiento a distancia para la marat\u00f3n<\/strong>, el cual, en determinadas ocasiones lo puse en pr\u00e1ctica y no me fue mal. <strong>Consiste en realizar un rodaje muy suave de 10 minutos m\u00e1s algunos progresivos suaves 4 horas antes del marat\u00f3n<\/strong>, posteriormente, 3 horas antes de la salida del marat\u00f3n, desayunar. En este caso el calentamiento antes de la carrera se reduce a la m\u00ednima expresi\u00f3n. El horario normal de salida de un marat\u00f3n suele ser a las 9am.
